Boon Hien has more than 35 years of professional experiences ranging from Technologies, Consulting, Banking, and General Management of businesses across the Asia Pacific region. His varied roles have provided him the opportunities to live and work in Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Beijing and Singapore. Boon Hien is currently based in Singapore and is the Senior Advisor for HCL Technologies Asia Pacific including Sustainability. He is also the Country Head China HCL Technologies. Prior to the current advisory role in April 2022, Boon Hien was the Head of HCL Technologies Asean & North Asia between 2014-2022, managing portfolios including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telco, Hitech, and Logistic etc.
Boon Hien was also the Senior Partner of EY Greater China based in Beijing, responsible for overseeing and managing the advisory services of Financial Services in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Between 2000-2014, he has been with IBM for more than 12 years where he started as the Head of Malaysia Financial Services (FSI) Sector IBM GBS, later the Head of Asean IBM FSI GBS, before assigned to be the Head of IBM FSI Greater China based in Beijing. In 2012, Boon Hien was assigned to Singapore to lead the IBM ITS Consulting for Asia Pacific Region.
Boon Hien was also a Banker for more than 12 years having worked with ANZ Bank and National Australia Bank Melbourne in Credits, Policy & Strategies, Strategic Planning areas etc.

Danny Lee has been with the Tech industry for more than 30 years with Sales, Marketing and Business Development in various ICT sectors as his main forte. Currently he is the Executive Director for ETECH IT Sdn Bhd, a total information and communication technology (ICT) solutions provider and distributor for Malaysian Government projects, Corporate sectors and SMEs in the food and beverage, financial services, retail, hospitality and education industries among others.
Previously as Chairman of PIKOM from year 2019 to 2021, Danny drives the membership growth of the association, further looking into providing value added services to corporate members, whilst developing the tech industry in fulfilling the national agenda towards Digital Economy. He is currently serving PIKOM in the capacity as Advisor and also a Council Member of MINED Association.
Due to his extensive experience in the Tech industry, Danny was appointed as one of the advisors for the Communications and Multimedia Consultative Committee, working directly with the Minister of Communications and Multimedia. He is also a member of the National Science Council and the Public Safety and Security Consultative Council.
Previously, he was Director of Sales Marketing Division for almost 11 years in Epson Malaysia, where he led the overall sales & marketing strategies to achieve growth in company revenue by 168% from 2009 to 2018 and hit the number one (No.1) position in market share for major printer categories and overall projector business for Malaysia.

Rodney Wong is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Robina Munchy's (URM) Malaysia. Through his comprehensive strategic planning and leadership, he has notably steered the company to record business results by building and strengthening the profit fundamentals across all businesses.

Prior to the integration, he embarked on his journey as the CEO of Munchy's (Malaysia's No.1 biscuit brand*) in July 2014, he spearheads the direction and guide the strategies for sustainable business growth whilst being responsible for overall management of group operations. The company has seen significant achievements in recent years including building successful brands of Munchy's Crackers, Lexus, Muzic, Oat Krunch, Choc-O, and also the formation of a joint-venture company with a leading European food manufacturer resulting in the successful launch of 7 Days croissant by Munchy's into the Malaysian market.
Previously, he was attached with Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, an arm of PETRONAS. During his tenure as General Manager, he was instrumental in leading the company in making strategic transformations of key functions including route-to-market framework, distributor network, customer service, and human resource in driving towards market leadership.
Before joining Petronas Lubricant Malaysia, he was at Coca-Cola Refreshments Malaysia, where he started as Regional Sales Manager, East Malaysia and thereafter as the National Route-To-Market (RTM) Manager, Malaysia. Throughout his tenure, Rodney was a critical member of the pioneer Coke Malaysia team for the transition of Coke business from F&NCC to Coca-Cola Refreshment Malaysia and developed the RTM strategies to deliver optimal cost to serve on sales, logistic and execution. Prior to that, he worked as a General Sales Manager in Unilever.
Rodney volunteers as the President of the Sarawak's Children Cancer Society, sit on the Board of Childhood Cancer International as its Vice-President and appointed a Mentor with Endeavor Malaysia, a non-profit organisation that support start-up entrepreneurs and founders. He graduated with a Master in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and Diploma in Marketing from Marketing Confederation of Australia.
Mr Chen Jui-Liang has more than 15 years of experience in financial related industry, including sales of various securities instruments, investment operations and analysis, insurance and venture capital.
He started as Business Manager when he joined Cathay Life Insurance Ltd in 2003, a life insurance company in Taiwan, and began getting great exposure to Hong Kong and South-East Asia financial investment products when he was Vice President of Investment in Rui Xing Insurance Broker from 2006 to 2008.
He was appointed as Executive Director when he joined Arthur J Stewart Investment Advisors Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company in 2008, and being responsible for the company's investment operations.
In 2010, armed with his stock analytic skills, and exposure to Asia financial products and markets, he became Executive Director of Well Top International Investment Limited, an international investment company in Taiwan and managing investment in South-East Asia. The said company mainly invests in public listed companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
