STEPHENS LEARNING ACADEMY

The Stephens Learning Academy continues to keep up with current changes in all public schools as well as any requirements for students, teachers and administrators. SLA mirrors the curriculum strategies, instructional strategies and assessment strategies used by the Common Core Learning Standards. The Stephens Learning Academy is not an entity of the school district but will provide high quality classes for students that are relevant and that have depth of knowledge. SLA developes annual school improvement plans that are directly related to the ESSA Legislation so students attending the school for long-term status will not fall behind. The school year would include and not limited to twenty-week semesters.
