Angela Siefkes

Angela Siefkes joined Protech and Fonteva to formalize and fully develop our partner program. After more than a decade working with Partners, Angela has developed a deep appreciation for ecosystems and how they can contribute to the ultimate success of our customers. Working with our Product, Support, Professional Services, Revenue, and Marketing teams, Angela is building the infrastructure and resources our Partners need to succeed. Angela has worked in a variety of industries from technology to fundraising, cybersecurity to retail, and throughout that time she has maintained a focus on relationship building and problem solving. She has extensive experience creating and revamping partner programs, managing Partner operations, and developing Partner Marketing plans. In addition to her work with partners, Angela has more than two decades' experience in marketing including operations, event management, demand generation, and content creation. Angela received her master's degree from Kansas State University and her bachelor's degree from Park University. She is certified in project management and alliance management.

Brian Sutton

As Vice President of Information Technology, Brian is responsible for overseeing the Protech corporate infrastructure as well as all aspects of managing the technical components of customer implementation and support. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Virginia Tech. He set out to be a doctor, but after he met the Bruffey family, he decided instead to become a "doctor" of IT instead. He holds certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Installation and Deployment, Microsoft Solomon installation and Configuration, MSCE, MCP, and A+.

Dirk Behrends

Dirk Behrends is a 35-year association industry veteran who gained extensive experience with committees, marketing, and membership as an association professional in the first part of his career and over the past two-plus decades has become a trusted technology advisor for associations. In his work with technology companies, Dirk has helped achieve company growth and improved customer relationships while holding roles with responsibilities for enterprise solutions, sales, client services, and product development. Dirk currently serves as the Vice President, Association Solutions for Togetherwork's association business unit. Dirk is proud to have called Chicagoland home, and he currently lives in Florida. Dirk is also the #1 Titan fan as the President of the Illinois Wesleyan University Alumni Association.

Erin Lemons

  • Senior Director of Marketing
Erin Lemons oversees marketing and demand generation efforts as Senior Director of Marketing. She brings over 15 years experience serving as a marketing executive, event producer and project manager, with expertise in executing large-scale corporate events and conferences, as well as creating marketing campaigns and initiatives for a wide range of diverse and high-profile clients, including extensive experience in the association and nonprofit technology sector. Erin moved to Denver five years ago and quickly found a professional home with the CSAE, the Colorado Society of Association Executives, where in 2021 she was named the Colorado Associate Member of the Year in recognition for exemplary service and support to the association profession and to the CSAE.

Janine Lamm-Roy

As VP of Professional Services, Janine Lamm-Roy contributes clarity of vision, strong leadership and focus to support professional services work done for customers. Working collaboratively across all operational channels, she is building multi-discipline technology teams that deliver value through technical excellence and superior product knowledge while emphasizing relationship building with every customer. Janine has significant hands-on experience, with wider successes delivering custom platform solutions, as well as management consulting services. Operationally, Janine has driven the evolution from start-up to established market presence for consulting businesses, by developing and instantiating mature processes and effective internal communication strategies. She has experience sourcing and developing multi-practice resources, building collaborative teams, and driving excellence in both execution and customer satisfaction. Previously, Janine held leadership positions with Ksquare, Inc., GreatWave Technologies, and Digineer Consulting.

Jeff Bender

Lawrence Minetree

Job Titles:
  • Associate Vice President, Payments & Expansion
Lawrence is responsible for owning and driving the execution of payments and expansion strategy across Fonteva and Protech. As Associate Vice President of Associations, he plays a critical role in providing leadership and support to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on delivering improved business outcomes. His coaching of cross-functional teams has a proven track record of success spanning different disciplines and geographies. Lawrence previously held leadership roles in Product Development and Customer Success, and excels at building and strengthening relationships through a collaborative approach that exceeds shared goals. Outside of work, Lawrence enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Finance, Energy) from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

Mary Ann Roberts

Mary Ann leads Protech's expert Consulting Team and is devoted to providing Protech customers with unwavering, top-notch professional services. Mary Ann graduated from University of Maryland with an accounting degree and put that to good use as the controller for an education association and as a staff accountant for a local CPA firm. When she is not working with her customers, you will find Mary Ann exploring the great outdoors, anywhere there is music or spending time with her three kids.

Matt Bruffey

As VP of Customer Care, Matt is responsible for ensuring Protech's customers receive the highest level of assistance while utilizing Protech's application suite. Effectively addressing customers' needs is something Matt learned from his father, Frank Bruffey, Jr., early on in his career at Protech. Combining this knowledge with his experiences as a Solutions Consultant and Project Manager at Protech led to Matt collaborating with his brother, Kevin Bruffey, to form Protech's customer care department in 2005.

Pat McGlynn - President

Pat is an Adjunct Professor at The Catholic University of America and an Advisor to the Board and CEO of Therigy. He received his B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.

Steve Janoskie

Steve guides Protech's team of certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) and Microsoft Dynamics Certified Solution Consultants. He's been with Protech for close to two decades and has made an impact on many areas of the organization. Today, Steve is responsible for driving innovation in delivery of Protech's AMS solution. He works continuously with the management team to set and deliver the strategic direction of the organization and design strong policies and processes that ensure effective customer implementations. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional for 365. When he's not working with clients or our world-class implementation team, he enjoys spending time with his family, refereeing basketball or watching Alabama Crimson Tide football.

Terry Brown

As the Vice President of Project Services, Terry serves as a trusted adviser by overseeing Protech's professional services project teams. With over 10 years of direct association leadership experience as both a board-level volunteer and staff executive, he understands what it takes to help non-profits provide exceptional experiences to their members. Terry holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Advanced Information Technology and uses those skills to help Protech's clients optimize their systems for maximum return on investment. In his free time, Terry enjoys traveling with his wife and three children. He also appreciates locally grown hot peppers and Maryland seafood.

Zarus Watson

As the Human Resources Generalist and main point of contact, Zarus wears many hats, as he assists with Employee Relations and Engagement, Compliance, Recruiting and general Human Resources Administration processes. Zarus joined Togetherwork in 2021 and possesses an outstanding track record of cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment. Prior to joining Togetherwork, Zarus played pivotal roles at various companies across a number of industries, including Technology, Manufacturing and Real Estate. He helped launch the Human Resources department for Avitru (currently Deltek), a Construction Specification Solutions organization by implementing onboarding/offboarding processes, performance management systems, employee engagement systems and recruiting processes and strategies. Zarus received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Tulane University and holds a Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
