Powergrid Limited was formed by Chartered Electrical Engineer Martin Smith in 2004. A family firm dedicated to high levels of service, the company traded under a franchise license as Mr Electric® until 2012, but now trades under its own name Powergrid Electrical... We are now registered as an NICEIC approved contractor under our company name of Powergrid Limited and no longer our former trading name of Mr Electric... Powergrid joins Expert Electricians national network. The expert electricians network is a new national network of electricians which can provide nationwide service, centralised point of contact, centralised invoicing and payment collections, indeed all of the services a national or regional customer would expect. Martin Smith, Powergrid director said "we are proud to be part of this national network of contractors delivering expert electrical services to prestige clients."
