Mr. Altman is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. As one of three founding partner's of KABR, Mr. Altman has been instrumental in the acquisition of office property totaling approximately two million square feet, hotel debt, multi-family and broken condo properties. His firm has purchased REO properties and debt from special servicers, financial institutions, global and regional banks. In addition he is involved with the management and leasing of the properties post acquisition. Prior to joining KABR, Mr. Altman was a senior member of the Acquisitions and Development group for a multi-billion dollar healthcare company. In that capacity, Mr. Altman managed and sold troubled assets within the firm's real estate portfolio and identified real estate sites on which to build and operate healthcare facilities. Mr. Altman has held posts at Deutsche Bank, served as a portfolio manager and analyst for Chestnut Ridge Capital and was the founder and CEO of Freshpair.com a recognized e-commerce company.

Brett Mufson is President and a partner of Fontainebleau Development. As President, Mufson is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new development opportunities and corporate acquisitions and financing activities across all business platforms. In line with Fontainebleau's mission to create dynamic, multi-faceted spaces that connect people and enrich their communities, Mufson is committed to developing customer-centric growth strategies to enhance the performance of individual assets and drive business line expansion.
Prior to Fontainebleau, Mufson was the Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Witkoff, a private real estate and development company headquartered in New York City with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami. Mufson successfully led more than $7 billion in development and real property transactions across virtually every sector of the real estate industry. Mufson started his career at Bear Stearns in their mortgage structured products group focusing on highly complex conduit originations and real estate financings. After Bear, Mufson joined LoanCore Capital, a privately held asset management firm focused on commercial real estate credit, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate loans across the country.

Chad Burkhardt has over 12 years of real estate principal investing experience. Prior to joining CenterSquare Investment Management, Mr. Burkhardt was a Vice President at D. E. Mr. Subhash leads StepStone real estate's research and fund investment activities. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Subhash was Regional Portfolio Manager for Cohen & Steers Global Realty Partners, a real estate investment manager that focused on private real estate funds and co-investments. Before Cohen & Steers, he was Co-Portfolio Manager for Citi Real Estate Partners, which invested US$1.5 billion in equity commitments across the U.S., Europe and Asia through a series of funds and separate accounts. At Citi Real Estate Partners, Mr. Subhash was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing investments in private real estate funds. He has also served as a Vice President for global product development at Citi Alternative Investments and worked in corporate strategy roles for Citigroup. Greg Fournier is Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners, a real estate operating company he founded in 2014. Prior to forming Greenbrook, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and residential real estate in New York City. Jane Yang is the founder of Cooper Square, a real estate owner, operator, and investor headquartered in New York City.
Prior to founding Cooper Square, Ms. Yang was a Managing Director of Prospect Ridge, where she was part of the management team and focused her time on investing across all asset types and in both real estate equity and credit opportunities. She also served on the Investment Committee for the Prospect Ridge Real Estate Debt Fund.
Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Ms. Yang spent eight years at Meadow Partners. In this role, Ms. Yang spearheaded the expansion of the firm's investing efforts into the Washington, DC market and led the sourcing and execution of over $2.3 billion of opportunistic transactions in New York City and Washington, DC. Her investing experience spans a variety of property sectors, including residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel, medical office, and student housing.
From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Yang was part of the real estate team for the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy estate. At Lehman, she managed the restructuring, acquisition, and disposition of distressed debt and equity positions totaling an aggregate transaction value of more than $2.2 billion.
Ms. Yang was previously a member of the Retail Investment Properties Group at CBRE in Washington, DC and began her career as a management consultant in the Federal Government practice of Booz Allen Hamilton.

Zach has expertise in acquisitions, capital structuring, development, and credit, with a national track record of acquiring and managing over $4 billion of commercial assets throughout his career.
Currently, Zach is focused on investments and capital raising for Wildflower. Wildflower has been developing cutting edge infrastructure projects in New York City for over 20 years, including modern e-commerce facilities, surface parking lots, urban infill self-storage and content creation studios.
Prior to joining Wildflower, Zach was a Development Director for Oxford Properties Group where he led the day-to-day financial and project management of St. John's Terminal, a 1.3 million square foot office development in Hudson Square, which was subsequently sold to Google.
