ALESHIRE ROBB & RAPP - Key Persons

Gregory W. Aleshire

Greg Aleshire previously tried automobile personal injury and product liability lawsuit cases from the other side, representing a major automobile manufacturer and multiple insurance carriers across the US. He has represented people in product liability lawsuit cases against multiple medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and he has a proven record in suits against major insurance carriers. Always active, Greg contributes to both civic and bar organizations. He served on the board and as the chair of Lost & Found-a local Springfield charity that provides grief support to children who have suffered the death of a parent or sibling. He was also a member and chair of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Missouri Bar from 1993-2000. When he's not working, Greg enjoys spending his time with his wife and son, his extended family, and his friends. He loves a good round of golf and the quiet thrill of hunting. He is a member of Immaculate Conception Church.

With years of courtroom experience, our attorneys provide creative legal representation for cases ranging from personal injury to wrongful death. Our firm is recognized as a leader in car accident and class action law firms in Springfield, MO and in the nation. How has Kevin J. Rapp earned his reputation as a widely respected lawyer for car accident and product liability lawsuit cases? He is successful in terms of the number of cases resolved and the amount recovered for clients. At Aleshire Robb & Rapp, he handles complex litigation issues for injured individuals and small businesses. Kevin also has significant expertise in handling illegal and improper debt collection activities brought against individual consumers. Since 2013, Kevin has also investigated ethical complaints filed against Missouri Attorneys for the Missouri Bar. Before joining our firm, Kevin spent his formative years traveling the globe as the son of an Air Force fighter pilot. After law school, he moved to Springfield, MO to clerk for United States District Court Judge Richard E. Dorr. Kevin then gained extensive legal experience in appellate litigation, criminal defense, and workers' compensation cases. Like Bill and Greg, he has an insider's insight, which he gained when serving as local defense counsel for several large corporations sued in Missouri. Kevin turned down many opportunities for lawyer stardom in bigger cities. Instead, he and his wife Kelly, a native of Springfield, chose to raise their two children in the Ozarks. The family enjoys spending Sundays with the Brentwood Christian Church congregation and frequently visiting Lawrence, Kansas to cheer the Jayhawks. When Kevin isn't serving as a lawyer for car accident or product liability lawsuits, he's busy serving the Springfield community. He's a Drury University School of Religion board member and teaches Introduction to American Government at Ozarks Technical Community College.

William R. Robb

A hometown guy, Bill Robb is a trusted lawyer in Springfield, MO with extensive legal experience ranging from class actions, multi-district litigation (MDLs), workers' comp lawsuits, and what some refer to as an auto personal injury claim case. Bill gained insider knowledge by defending major corporations for years after graduating law school. When Bill combined forces with Greg Aleshire, they shifted their focus and practice from corporate and insurance defense to only advocating for individuals who have been injured or wronged, obtaining fair compensation for each client's loss. Bill has tried numerous cases and has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients by verdict or settlement in Springfield, MO, the Midwest, and nationally. He was one of the first attorneys in the country to address children being injured by airbags. As a result of the airbag litigation, car manufacturers funded an informational campaign to warn about the dangers of placing child seats in the front passenger seat. In 1999, he undertook representation of a woman injured by the diet drug Fen-Phen. That single case ballooned into thousands of clients. He has had cases against most of the large pharmaceutical companies and major automobile manufacturers. In all of those cases, he represented the injured. Throughout his career, Bill has helped thousands of individuals recover the compensation they deserve. Bill's family is very important to him. Bill and his wife, Molly, enjoy time with their two wonderful daughters, Maddie and Emily. While family is paramount, Bill and Molly find time for community involvement, and they support numerous charities with time and contributions. The Robbs believe giving back to the Springfield, MO community is crucial and, as with litigation, change requires action.
