Edrington and Associates was formed in the year 2000 with an initial focus on investments in apartment buildings. With this focus on multi-family properties, Steve Edrington was an active member of the East Bay Rental Housing Association (formerly known as RHANAC), serving on its Board and eventually as President of the Association in 2001. In 2002 he stepped off the board to accept responsibility as its Executive Director. He also represented the organization on the board of the California Apartment Association.
