Founders Joel & Ashley Gilbert were born and raised in the North Chicagoland area where they now reside with their daughter. Butter & Biscuit Co. was founded in the beginning of 2019 as a small company looking to feed customers who care for quality products and ingredients as much as we do... At Butter & Biscuit Co. we strive to support our local sustainable produce, dairy and livestock farms, to bring you the best products and ingredients, found in our butters, biscuits and sandwiches... Butter & Biscuit Co. currently can be found at weekend farmers markets in the northern Chicagoland area, but we also cater all events throughout Illinois, and Wisconsin.
