I previously worked full time as a receptionist but did cakes for fun in the evenings. When I started getting busier I dropped down to part time hours to dedicate more time to my business... In August 2019 I made the decision to go leave my job and turn to Bakes By Chelsea full time, I never expected it to become my full time job let alone a business.
