Founded in 1999 in Carmel NY, our office was formed to provide top quality physical medicine to the general public. We started in a small 600 square foot location on a part time bases, which we out grew in less than 1 year and then moved into a larger 1000 square foot facility which we also out grew within a year. In 2010 we moved into our present location which is a 5000 square foot state of the art facility. Between 2007 and 2010 we added several additional locations. In 2016, we decided to focus and consolidate all of our efforts renovating, expanding, and adding new services to the Carmel..
