A Better Approach, LLC was founded by Lisha Gillespie in 2017. At the time, having a 7-year daughter with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and 5 years of intense therapy under her belt, many obstacles, challenges, and hardships were faced. Lisha knew a more personal and collaborative approach was possible. It was then that she envisioned her daughter and other children receiving the best care that ABA therapy and the DFW area could possibly offer. She set out on a mission to hire the most talented and compassionate RBT therapists and BCBAs in the field and to raise the bar by offering a "gold standard" of care. With that, a better approach to care could be accomplished, thus improving the lives of clients and their families... A Better Approach is focused on your family, not the insurance company.
