Chloe turned her passion and love for the ocean into a dedicated career in the marine industry. After working on islands along the Great Barrier Reef, Chloe fell in love with diving and all things marine. Since then she has spent her career working as a marine biologist, divemaster and superyacht stewardess and deckhand in Australia and around the world; from sailing the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean to exploring Panama, Costa Rica, Galapagos and further afield.
On her return to Australia, Chloe worked closely with a yacht agency in Sydney before spending a year freelancing on many charter boats along the east coast of Queensland.
From her time in the industry, Chloe has gathered a wealth of knowledge about yacht charters, itineraries and perfect dive destinations along with guest/crew needs. Now spearheading the growth of our Yachtsmen International charter profile, she looks forward to securing clients their dream experiences onboard.

Joining the Yachtsmen International team in a dedicated marketing role, Deborah has a degree in business and multiple digital marketing qualifications. Deborah is originally from Northern Ireland, loves to travel, and has a love of all things water-related. She grew up wakeboarding, kayaking and boating, and recently took up kite surfing lessons.
With marketing experience across a broad range of industries, she is a keen new member of the Yachtsmen International team and looks forward to growing with the company as a whole.
Growing up on a remote island in the South Pacific, James developed a strong passion for boating and being on the water from a young age. With over 10 years' experience in tourism management, and having spent 4 years managing a Gold Coast based charter yacht company with a fleet of 4 Superyachts and a commercial Game Fishing Vessel, James has combined his business management degree with his passion for boating.
James has now joined the Yachtsmen team and with his extensive commercial charter knowledge, he offers a wealth of experience in Survey requirements, maintenance, refit and crewing. He prides himself on working closely with clients to understand their unique needs to provide them with the best outcome. James gives expert guidance in facilitating the sale of vessels and is dedicated to ensuring clients get the most out of their investment.
Julian's career in the marine industry began many years ago, studying and working at Lloyds Ships and Norman Wright Shipyard in Brisbane, before moving to the Gold Coast. He is qualified in all aspects of marine craft construction, with up-to-date training that has seen him excel in the field.
Julian is a talented plug maker, and designer of new production boats for leading boat builders including Sunseeker and Riviera, along with many other well-known brands. His work has also seen him also develop and construct Australian title-winning boats for offshore racing.
Julian loves sport and game fishing, and several seasons as a deckhand in Cairns have allowed him to hone his skills during annual fishing events.
Joining the Yachtsmen International team in a crew support role, Manola brings with her a wealth of Superyacht knowledge gained from many years of experience as a Chief Stewardess. During Manola's time in the Superyacht industry, she has been fortunate to extensively cruise the Mediterranean, Caribbean, USA, UAE, Asia, and the Pacific. Through these experiences, she has a deep understanding of crew requirements. Now shore-based, Manola is looking forward to supporting our Owners, Captains & Crew in Australia and beyond!

Phoebe has made her move land based to join the Yachtsmen Team after spending over 11 years at sea.
She joined the yachting industry at 21 and since then has travelled extensively worldwide, working up to chief stew on board private, charter, expedition, motor and sail yachts!
Through her considerable time in the industry, she brings with her an abundance of knowledge and understanding, to help place the perfect candidate on board the perfect boat!
Ryan began his career as a manager of a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean and gained firsthand experience with technical aspects of yachts and their ongoing maintenance. This combined with experience in sales and asset management gives him a great understanding of matching the right boat to fit clients' unique needs and preferences.

Sam has developed a strong passion for yachting through his experiences gained whilst extensively cruising the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean, USA, and the Pacific. After many years of being based in Europe and the USA, Sam has returned home to the Gold Coast. His strong interpersonal skills, desire to exceed client expectations, knowledge, and passion for yachting industry are assets to any client looking to buy or sell a yacht.
With over 17 years experience marketing and selling superyachts, coupled with extensive new build and design work in the US and Europe; Scott advises on the best vessel to match how you spend time on the water. He puts his business management and marketing degree, and impressive body of work into use on behalf of his clients and takes great pride in finding tailored solutions to meet brokerage and charter needs. As a skilled waterman himself, with a passion for powerboat racing and water skiing, his knowledge covers the full gamut of the industry - from brokerage and charter, to how to have fun once you're onboard the yacht. Scott's charter destinations of expertise are the South Pacific, USA and Caribbean and though he's explored much of the world, the Bahamas is his favourite charter location.
Sean combines his new-build technical management, bespoke marketing and 12 years superyacht brokering nous with his attention to detail, to provide ethical, intelligent service throughout the entire buying and selling process. With his knowledge of global markets, he puts in the legwork on behalf of purchasers and vendors and stays on top of vessel prices and availability from the South Pacific, through Asia and into Europe.
His extensive experience with new build and design in northern Europe and Asia has made him an expert in bridging the gap between owner wants and needs and technical must-haves. When he's not doing that, his favourite place to cruise is along the Amalfi coast.
With a degree in business management and marketing, Wendy joins the Yachtsmen International Team as the Contracts Administrator.
Wendy has been an integral part of several new business developments and has a passion to see a business grow. She is skilled in systems development and business administration.
Wendy has a love of the water and has enjoyed boating since a young age and is a fantastic asset to the team.
