Chuck Morneau - CEO

Chuck Morneau, the original founding member of Morneau & Blanchette, Inc., is a licensed CPA and holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School. Chuck has over 40 years of tax and consulting experience, assisting closely held business owners and real estate developers in acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and real estate. He specializes in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation.

Connie Su

Job Titles:

Connie has a BS from Nankai University in China, an MBA from the University of Richmond, and has been a licensed CPA since 2002. Outside of work, she likes hiking, jogging, reading, cooking, music, and travel. When it comes to business she follows the motto by Damon Richards, "Your customer doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care".

Jon Romano

Jon holds an MBA in Accounting from Bentley University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University and has been with Morneau & Blanchette since 1998. Jon believes developing good working relationships with the clients is of primary importance. He says. "Client service should go beyond merely assisting with compliance issues. I assist businesses and individuals with charting a path towards their personal and financial success". Jon's philosophy is simple: Make sure his client's opportunities are seen and capitalized upon. He likes traveling with his wife and 3 children and playing golf in his spare time.

Marc Graci

Marc holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Bentley University. He is currently a CPA candidate and is working towards passing his exams. Marc joined our firm in 2019 as a temporary tax preparer and was subsequently hired in 2021 as a full time Accountant. With over 15 years of experience, he previously worked for both small and large regional CPA firms in the Boston area where his focus was on financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and both business and personal taxation. Areas of audit expertise include real estate, non-profits, closely held businesses, auto dealerships, fuel suppliers, the galvanizing industry, and colleges & universities. His tax experience includes working on large complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. He believes every client deserves full engagement from their accountant. One that actively listens while also being an inquiring advisor to help you meet your goals and objectives. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and sports.

Tony Blanchette

Tony holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Taxation from Bentley University. His specialty is, "the ability to listen and understand those matters that keep my clients awake at night." Tony will work with you to develop a strategic plan that will help you obtain your financial goals. He is also the creator of the Intangibles Pyramid, the business management model he uses that allows him to better understand your wants and needs so he can exceed your expectations. In his spare time, you will find him in his workshop, weeding gardens, or maybe building a stone wall.
