As a psychologist specialising in sex and relationship concerns, I work in an integrated and holistic manner. My integrated approach to therapy draws on my extensive training and experience, including developmental, health, cognitive behavioral, and relational perspectives. I specialize in working with GSRD clients (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diverse)... I believe in the intentional use of self and bring all of my focus to each interaction we have. I don't view presenting concerns as "problems" that have a prescribed treatment but rather as opportunities for self-transformation.
