RBAR

(a) To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RBAR, its owners, employees, independent contractors, agents, affiliates, and franchisees (the "Indemnitees") against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, suits, claims, demands, costs and expenses, including any and all attorneys' fees and expenses, (collectively, "Losses") which the Indemnitees may incur by reason of: (i) your use of the Services or services or goods obtained through your use of the Services; (ii) RBAR's use of your User Content; (iii) your violation of the rights of any third party, including Third Party Providers; (iv) your omissions or forbearance related to the Services or arising out of any event where RBAR provides Services; (v) any breach by you of any provision of these Terms; and (vi) any claims for bodily injury, illness or property damage related to the Services or arising out of any event where RBAR provides Services.
