ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES AREA

At the Summit on Space Cooling Research Needs and Opportunities in Mexico, held on February 2018, participants from government, industry and the research community agreed on the need to establish a Community of Practice (CoP) around cooling in Mexico. The Mexico Cooling Communities of Practice website, developed by Berkeley Lab with the endorsement from Mexico's National Commission for the Efficient Use of Energy (CONUEE), intends to launch and grow this Community of Practice while creating a platform to facilitate R&D, program implementation and financing across sectors, areas and organizations working to lower energy consumption for space cooling in Mexico.
