Jill's Chicken Shack was established in July 2021 by owners Clint and Jill Reading. Jill has always had a love of feeding people. Clint was looking for a change from his education background. With a love of food and armed with a mighty fine fried chicken recipe, they found the perfect location in Iona, and it's been full steam ahead since. They are the parents of four great kids who also spend time working at the shack... Jill's Chicken Shack specializes in southern style fried chicken and homestyle made from scratch sides. Cinnamon rolls are baked hot and fresh daily along with daily and weekly special treats.
