Gymstrument is an investment group making acquisitions in the music education sector with the long-term vision of building a successful nation-wide franchise... Instead of a standard startup process, our approach will first be the acquisitions of existing established music schools. This allows us to utilize more commercial debt and be more generous offering equity for our private investors. This strategy also allows us to gain critical feedback in real time as we gradually roll out new improvements and rebranding... We are currently making acquisitions in Southern California and will be subsequently expanding to the greater southwest.
