Norcal Force is an AAU basketball club focused on the growth and development of girl's basketball in the Bay Area. With teams ranging from 1st to 12th grade, we love developing current and future basketball stars, seeing each girl be challenged at whatever stage of competition they are at. We train players in individual skills, playing as a unit on court, and in team system to understand balance every aspect of the game. Through Force you will find opportunities to grow through coach led trainings, practices, open gyms, tournaments, and building the girls basketball community in the Bay Area... 6-4 as a club this weekend.. Our HS teams prevailed but we had some tough losses for our younger teams that played up one or two levels - and we learned a lot from those challenges.
