Freda is our Quality Assurance Partner. She is a qualified accountant with over twenty (20) years' of professional experience.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She previously served as a Director in one of the Big4 Accounting firms.

She is a results- driven person with experience in diagnosing a range of problems from small businesses to multi-million-dollar corporations. She provides vast knowledge and diverse experience to our clients in the areas of governance, audit (internal and external), accountancy, compliance, and risk management.
Joseph coordinates our Kenyan Practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and holds an MBA (Strategic Management Option) as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has deep expertise in planning at the strategic level as well as performance enhancement advisory.
He previously worked as a Manager (Performance Improvement and Strategy) at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms supporting clients in strategic planning, business planning, budgeting, financial management, resource mobilization and development of operational frameworks and policy making.
Yosia is a Partner in our Ugandan practice and also oversees the entire operation across East Africa.
Prior to this he led the Strategy and Transactions department for one of the Big4 Accounting Firms in Kampala. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and holds an honours degree of Bachelor of Statistics.
He is a talented individual with tested business acumen and exposure and possesses skills in the areas of financial and business modelling, financial analysis, transaction diligence, valuations, market analyses, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, mergers and acquisitions. His work experience entails seamless collaboration on projects across Sub Saharan Africa to find solutions to corporate and project finance challenges, and has advised on numerous transactions within the region.
