I am a board certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years experience. I am focused on establishing trusting relationships with patients through education and an open communication style. I have brought together a strong team to ensure our practice meets our patients highest expectations and healthcare goals.

Gina Bednarski is our Social Media Manager, in charge of representing Essential Care Family Medicine across multiple social media channels. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling alongside her husband, three kids, and their Golden Doodle- Charlie.
Victoria has been dedicated in serving the healthcare community for over 30 years. She has extensive qualifications in healthcare administration, billing, authorizations and much more. Her willingness to assist patients in solving issues and answering questions, puts her above the rest. She is very excited to take on her new role as Office Manager and welcome new and prior patients to our new office.
In her free time, she enjoys pending time with her family and furever friend, Charlie. She is a frequent visitor to northern Michigan and exploring the great outdoors. She looks forward to helping our patients with all their medical needs.
