I didn't know from an early age what I wanted to do or who I wanted to be. I've fumbled around a lot trying to figure things out. And I've still not gotten all the answers... But what I have realised and know deep down, is that I have a strong desire and gift to help others feel seen, heard and supported as they navigate through their lives seeking answers, understanding and purpose... The lows looked like burnout in multiple jobs, weight gain where I was over 100kg at my heaviest, losing my best friend, my Mum in my 20s, being in a toxic and co-dependent relationship with a man with serious mental health disorders, struggling to complete my studies, recovering from trauma, feeling the need to people-please everyone and anyone except myself, and generally feeling quite fricking lost in this world.
