41B Veterans Treatment Court provides a specialty probation program dedicated to Veterans. We focus as a team on the unique troubles of each individual. Resources from the broader community are brought together in Veterans Treatment Court to help those who served get back on track and lead a healthy, productive life. FOR COUNTRY AND COMMUNITY... 41B Veterans Treatment Court is a jail-diversionary specialty court in Clinton Township, Michigan for local Veterans serving probation for non-violent crimes. Our probation program is designed specifically for Veterans and focuses first and foremost on sobriety and a drug-free life. Make no mistake: this program is often considered more difficult than standard probation, but it provides a number of advantages to the Veteran.
