Brett Hodson - CEO

Brett Hodson is a proven CEO, Director and award winning entrepreneur with a successful track record of creating value for shareholders/Limited Partners in both public and private equity markets. He is an accomplished and highly energized Executive with 27+ years of leadership and investment experience in a number of businesses and sectors, including Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, Retail, Forestry, Wholesale Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing and Construction/Renovation markets. Brett is the founder and former President, CEO and Director of the Corix Group of Companies and was responsible for the overall company performance in 31 States and 6 provinces with over 2300 employees, generating over $650 million in revenues with assets over $1.5 Billion. Since retiring from Corix in 2015, Brett has been providing strategic and investment consulting services through SP Capital and other affiliates to a number of businesses, executives and entrepreneurs, including acquisitions and divestitures, complex negotiations, business valuation and raising capital. Rhonda Dyce spent over ten years in a number of roles at Corix Infrastructure Inc., most recently as Chief Strategy and Risk Officer. During her time there, she was responsible for executing the debt and equity activities, including financings totaling over $1.5 billion, leading the strategic planning and review process and managing the enterprise risk management program. Prior to joining Corix, Ms. Dyce spent time in the capital markets as an equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets and Raymond James, covering a number of industries including utilities, media and entertainment, retail and biotechnology.

Hamish Cumming

Hamish Cumming was a member of the executive management team at Corix Infrastructure Inc. from its inception in 2006 and, as Chief Legal Officer, was responsible for the legal, insurance, regulatory and HSE departments of the company. In this capacity Mr. Cumming was intimately involved in the strategic planning and implementation of the initiatives that led to the dramatic growth of the organization. During his time at Corix, Mr. Cumming had direct responsibility for negotiating and facilitating the documentation for the acquisition of several multi-million dollar acquisitions and long term utility service concession agreements in both Canada and the United States as well as the lengthy, detailed regulatory applications both with public utility regulators and the Canadian Competition Bureau, US Sarbanes Oxley and CFIUS regulators in connection with those transactions. Mr. Cumming previously worked as in-house counsel for Terasen and prior to that as an associate lawyer at Davis & Co. with a focus on employment law and general corporate commercial law. Mr. Cumming is a member of the BC Law Society and has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia as well as an Executive Management Program certificate from Simon Fraser University.
