Before coming back to Conway, Chris practiced in Civil Litigation Defense and later became a partner at an Estate Planning Firm in Maumelle. In 2019, Ashley Stepps joined Rippy Law Firm and together they became Rippy, Stepps & Associates. Since becoming Rippy, Stepps & Associates Chris and Ashley have added two associates who also practice in the area of Estate Planning and added offices in Pine Bluff and Hot Springs.
