During the early days of computer security, when advanced threats were manifested in physical rather than virtual form, I started in the cyber world as an analyst with SOC experts. However, despite your knowledge and expertise, you will quickly lose it in this field if you don't continuously learn. The skills I gained through teaching, research, and continual learning demanded by rapidly changing technology now serve both individuals and organizations in their cyber security efforts.
