I grew up around a variety of big trucks from a large dully 3500 to a tractor trailer with a sleeper pulling doubles and triples. I spent my summers driving the western United States with my Father. Growing up in a truck driving family we had been told we won't be allowed to get our normal Drivers License at 16 until we are able to drive a manual transmission, back a trailer and manipulate any challenges that may arise...
