FIRST COAST TERMINALS - Key Persons
As General Manager at First Coast Terminals (FCT), Bishop focuses on developing initiatives that provide safe and reliable world-class stevedoring and cargo services to FCT's customers and their trucking community. During the tenure of his leadership, First Coast Terminals has seen a significant improvement in labor, terminal, and vessel efficiencies.
Brad began his career with TOTE in February 2018 where he worked as the Terminal Operations Manager. He managed multiple projects within the facility to reduce waste, improve operational efficiency and created programs to enhance the focus on safety and compliance.
Bishop previously led the TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico safety team to achieve 20+ months of zero missed time and zero incidents. He also was instrumental in leading the organization through the COVID 19 pandemic for over 18 months, in which TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico did not miss a single sailing.
As an esteemed master rigger, Brad holds multiple trainer certifications and directs master rigging courses and trained dozens of employees throughout the years. He is also certified to train on powered industrial trucks, OSHA, and Hazardous Materials.
Joe is a longstanding leader in the terminal operations industry and currently leads the First Coast Terminals team. A proven leader adept at developing and implementing sustainable growth programs and change management systems, his role is to also build strong and lasting relationships with customers, employees, vendors and external agencies.
Joe previously worked with the TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico organization where he was awarded with the 2019 President's Award Innovation in Safety by TOTE's parent organization, Saltchuk.
