CamCompSoc aims to be the most inclusive possible, given that research is largely financed by the population and also industrial companies. The target members of the society are thus researchers and industry professionals, whose contributions are meant to be disseminated to the public and to industries, according to funding agreements. These activities will have a positive impact in Cameroon Education and Economic sectors... The creation of CmrCompSoc is motivated by a general realisation of the state of affairs in Cameroon. In the government and in many businesses, there is a general lack of professionalism. Cameroon's society is largely consumerist as a result of the lack of vision in almost everything: we consume goods that we do not produce, including knowledge. Results of Cameroonians creative genius remain scattered over many places and reach the rest of the population in a largely segmented way.
