Founded in 1996 with Roll shutters as the only product, the Company has since grown to offer a wide range of products providing protection from the elements or simply adding beauty to a structure. Our product range now includes Roll shutters, Storm Panels, Accordion Shutters, Hurricane Screens, Safety & Security Laminate, Custom Privacy/Shade Screens, Roller Screens, Retractable Awnings and Shades and Vinyl floor tiles... Tropical Shutters & Products (2011) Ltd., was purchased by Jean Thomas a local Barbadian in 2011. Johan Bjerkhamn joined the team as the General Manager in 2018, and since his arrival has focused on streamlining our procedures and processes. We are now the sole authorized distributor in Barbados for all the products from Advanced Hurricane Technology... We are a licensed manufacturer with over 22 years in the business of building, installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing of Roll Shutters.
