Anthony C. Donofrio is an experienced personal injury lawyer who brings a passion for justice to The Russell Friedman Law Practice, LLP. Anthony Donofrio earned his law degree with honors from Brooklyn Law School. During his time in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Reena Raggi of the Eastern District of New York and served as a research assistant under Professor Aaron Twerski, assisting with his work, Products Liability and the Reasonably Safe Product. Prior to graduating, Anthony Donofrio also worked as a summer associate with one of the nation's largest law firms, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager, & Flom.
Before joining the The Russell Friedman Law Practice, LLP team, Anthony Donofrio worked at a plaintiffs' firm in downtown Manhattan and founded his own firm, The Donofrio Law Firm, PLLC, alongside his longtime friend Michael Cincotta.
Anthony Donofrio is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1996 and has successfully argued before the Second Circuit.
In addition to providing caring legal assistance to those injured in devastating accidents, Anthony Donofrio is passionate about serving his community. In the wake of 9/11, he provided pro bono legal services to a number of victims and the families of victims of the World Trade Center disaster. Currently, he serves as Chief Counsel for Terra Primus, a non-profit organization that serves as a think tank and leader in "Earth-first" philosophies. Anthony Donofrio also donates his time and services to serving homeless children and is actively involved in local youth sports as a coach and board member.
On a professional level, Anthony Donofrio is a member of the Trial Lawyers College and serves as a Sustaining Member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
In his free time, Anthony Donofrio enjoys spending time with his family, including his five children.

Throughout his nearly 20 years in practice, he has tried over 100 cases to verdict with numerous successful results and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Charles Horn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University in 1992 before going on to obtain his Juris Doctor from St. John's University in 1996. In 2004, he joined the Army National Guard Judge Advocate Corps. For his service as a commissioned officer, including time spent serving in Iraq, he was awarded several honors, including the Bronze Star, the Combat Action Badge, and the Army Achievement Medal. Currently, Charles Horn serves as a Brigade Judge Advocate for the 369 th Sustainment Brigade of the New York Army National Guard.
Charles Horn is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, as well as in the U.S. Military Court, U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York, U.S. District Court Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court Western District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
