We look for high quality owner operators who are focused on building value for all stakeholders, and view transparency, integrity and teamwork as core to their mission. We prefer to take minority positions where we can also add value as a trusted advisor or board member. We have over 35 years experience in public and private enterprises and have extensive operating, merger and acquisition experience including initial public offerings and sales. The majority of our operating experiences have been in consumer and institutional financial services businesses, but we have made successful investments in a broad range of consumer and business platforms.
