Taken in 2003 when house was new. Large custom Marvin Eyebrow windows rotted clear through by 2008 I built my house pictured above using all top notch name brand materials and products including "Marvin Windows and Doors". All the exterior windows and doors are Marvin (except garage doors). I could not be more disappointed with Marvin Windows and Doors. The vast majority have rotted in under 10 years. Their installation included metal flashing above each unit. Each unit was painted prior to installation. I have already replaced many and at cost to me as they carry so little warranty. This cost has exceeded more than $60,000 USD. The latest estimate to replace the remaining rotten windows and custom doors was over $120,000. Marvin will do nothing for me.
