Most men and women enter the program broken addicted, desolate, and lost with no foreseeable hope for their lives. Outreach and crisis intervention efforts have developed a strong word of mouth referral system. Often residents come by way of court order and social service programs focused on workforce development because of problems associated with their chemical dependencies. Alternative sentencing programs have developed referral MOU's and we work closely with local court judicial agencies. Our service often acts as a placement option for those who otherwise will be incarcerated.
