Currently R&D Engineering at Hisense Photonics Inc with specialties in optoelectronic material and device researches, specialized in semiconductor lasers and photodetectors; Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, where the focus had been on developing 1310-nm Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers. At Hisense Photonics, new laser product design and processing development have been carried out, including transitioning into mass production, and iterative yield improvement. I own original designs of several device platforms, including VCSEL, DFB, EML, EML-SOA, tunable EML lasers, heterojunction / quantum-well / quantum-dot infrared photodetectors... R engineer and semiconductor device designer. Focused on lasers, photodetectors, research of III-V semiconductors for applications in telecommunications data centers
