Alessandra Zaffiro

She loves breaking the complexity and supporting meaningful learning experiences through beautiful visuals - and to bring beauty to our lives too! Her deepest will is to create spaces of participation and equality, where everyone is equally valued, honored, and loved - particularly in terms of gender - while creating a sustainable future. She is also interested in personal development and in creating safe spaces where people can shine their light and be authentic. Her desire to connect with people and to build community led her to co-found the Leading from Love Network. She holds a Bachelor's in Gastronomic Sciences and a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability. She worked to foster the creation of sustainable food supply chains in cities and she is now exploring the world of facilitation and graphic recording.

Daniela Tablado

She is an all-rounder facilitator, host and consultant. She uses and explores different ways to foster systemic transformation towards a life-sustaining world. Blending sustainability and spirituality to frame containers for the development of our human potential and to reconcile the relationship with oneself, one another and nature. Co-founder of Leading from Love and independent facilitator of The Work that Reconnects and other group process methodologies. Daniela has a passion for immersing herself in different cultures and working with diverse world-views. Her former work experience in China, Australia, Switzerland, The Philippines and remote includes group process design and facilitation, teaching, tutoring, human resources, office management, event planning, hospitality and sales. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a master's degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability.

Philippine Linn

For the last 20 years her purpose has been to create loving, safe spaces where people feel connected to themselves, to others and to the world around them, so that they can develop into the best version of themselves. She also co-founded Diamond Leadership Academy with Stanley Nyoni. At first to develop Leadership capacity in Africa and currently to democratize leadership development and to midwife the next stage in our planetary evolution. With a Masters degree in Languages, Philippine has been a professional coach for 20 years and has worked as a trainer and facilitator hosting workshops for developing coaching and participatory leadership skills.

René Katerberg

He bridges technology, organizations and people. He combines his curiosity, observant nature and a broad experience, for sense-making in an increasingly complex world. Multiple perspectives and alternative views form the basis for his engagements and problem solving mindset. He applies a mix of business practices and people skills supported with technology solutions such as complexity thinking, platform strategy, circular economy, scenario planning to facilitate change. With his experience in startups, small businesses and up to corporate c-level he co-founded flõõid to make a positive impact in people development.

Roberta Domingues

She is a social entrepreneur, consultant and facilitator enthusiastic about making major changes for the development of more sustainable and values-driven societies, shifting leadership and systems from ego to eco awareness, growing deeper levels of humanity and promoting well-being for all. She has built experience working with corporate social responsibility, sustainability, social business, facilitation and development of conscious leadership. She became Co-founder of We Flow - Together for a Better World and of the Program Leading From Love. Roberta holds a MSc in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability. She is a practitioner of the Gross National Happiness by Schumacher College, UK, in partnership with the GNH Center in Bhutan, and a consultant on cultural transformation by the Barrett Values Center, UK.

Roxanne Le Failler

She is both from Brazil and France. She works as an international consultant with United Nations agencies. Curious, spontaneous, and sincere, she put great care into observing the collective dynamics of today's world. She embraces emotional diversity and navigates between cultures following her heart and intuition. She holds two Master's degrees about Metropolitan Governance and Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability. She keeps learning and volunteering on issues ranging from emotional intelligence, inter-cultural experiences and the socio-economic inclusion of migrants. She is an action-oriented person who keeps an eye on the bigger picture. Her aim is to actively work towards Social Sustainability.

Stanley Nyoni

He longs for love and connection in all relationships including the one with nature. In his interactions with multiple business executives, senior government officials and academics he realizes that we lack the courage to put love in the centre of what we do. Together with colleagues he is prototyping what Leading from Love would look and feel like for teams and organizations. Stanley has extensive experience training and facilitating organizational culture and sustainability change programs for corporate clients in Europe, Asia and Africa. He specializes in personal development using tools at the interface of science and spirituality that develop self-awareness leading to trusting relationships, which is essential for high performing teams.
