In 1948, Len Jessamine started a small business wiring houses in Phillipsburg, NJ. After two successful years and wanting to branch out, he began Len Jessamine Electrical & Refrigeration in 1950 and a short time later added heating and air conditioning to the list of services he could provide his customers. Len was a Chrysler Air Temp dealer until 1972, when he began selling Lennox heating and cooling equipment. Fast forward to the present, and the company is still going strong. We provide electrical services from a simple light fixture install to an entire home wiring install and everything in between. Our HVAC services range from system maintenance and filter change out to full system replacements, as well as design and build custom HVAC systems to meet our customer's needs. We sell, install, service, and repair everything from ductless mini splits, conventional split systems and commercial rooftop package units up to 100 tons.
