I have been in the technology sector for more than two decades working in different companies from Fortune 500 companies, to Venture firms, startups, and non-profits in the technology space in Silicon Valley. I've experienced and witnessed first-hand both the lack of diversity and the benefits that a diverse and inclusive organizational eco-system provides to its people. My corporate experience has led me to work with executives around the world to build diverse and inclusive cultures that foster authenticity and fuel innovation... Since 2013, I have been deeply integrated in technology companies and early-stage ventures, which has led me to this path where I can harness lessons I have learned to maximize my broad set of skills that will bridge the significant gap for underrepresented communities in organizations.
