Andrea is Vice-chair of Trustees and Chair of the Standards, Data and Performance Committee. She previously served as a governor at Langley Park School for Boys and is founder of primary education company Rising Stars. Andrea is now non-executive director of two education technology companies, Sumdog and Audiopi. She is Trustee of two education charities, the Teacher Development Trust and Causeway Education which supports disadvantaged young people move onto higher education. She has three sons, two of whom still attend LPSB

Barbara is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, a member of the Standards, Data & Performance Committee and the Safeguarding Lead. She worked in education finance for 30 years, initially in local authority and later as a School Business Manager and Clerk to governors in both Bromley and Croydon. Barbara joined the LPLT Board after being a governor at Langley Primary School and she is a Trustee at the Specialist Learning Trust (Glebe Special School) where she has been involved for many years. She lives in Beckenham and is involved with other organisations in the area. Her adult children attended the Langley Park schools.

Kieran previously served as the CEO of the Former Impact Multi Academy Trust and as Headteacher in three schools for over 25 years. He was also CEO of two other Trusts. He was Principal of Hayes School from 2004-16. He was a National Leader of Education. He has served as a senior partner of a number of school led partnerships as well as being Chair of Challenge Partners and of the London and National Chairs of Headteachers. He was a Director of the Bromley Collegiate SCITT which trains and accredits over 100 teachers a year. Kieran has worked for the National College and DFE as a Teaching and Leadership Adviser. He has been a member of the Ofsted reference group. He continues to work with schools and Trusts as an Educational Consultant and School Improvement Partner. He has been working with LAs and Schools on the new Ofsted framework. His wife was Headteacher of a Bromley nursery Infant school and his two sons are currently Vice Principals at local secondary schools.

Mike is a member of the Resources & Financial Planning and Audit & Risk Committees. He is a Chartered Accountant and works in the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs, where he has worked since 2010. He is passionate about education, the role it plays in children's development and wants to help improve outcomes for the younger generation. Outside of work and the Trust you'll find him spending time with his young family or out on his bike in the Kent countryside.
