Ljiljana Trajkovic received the Dipl. Ing. degree from the University of Pristina, Yugoslavia, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. She served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director and President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Dr. Trajkovic serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems and Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Open Journal of Systems Engineering. She is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society and the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and a Fellow of the IEEE.

Shuwen Xu (IEEE Senior Member) was born in Huangshan city in Anhui, China. He received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees, both in electronic engineering, from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He worked at the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, after that. He worked as a visiting professor in Mcmaster University in 2017 and 2018, Canada. He is currently a professor with the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University. He is also the vice director of National Collaborative Innovation Center of Information Sensing and Understanding and the Director of radar signal processing and data processing Department. His research interests are in the fields of radar target detection, statistical Learning, and SAR image processing.

Tarek Ismail Mohamed is a professor of product design by computer at the College of Mass Communication at Ajman University, U.A.E. He is a specialist in visualizing 2d and 3d Designs by Computer. He worked as a 3d design educator by computer at the Product Design Department at the College of Applied Arts, Helwan University - Egypt, from 1990 to 1996. Then he moved to Germany to get a Ph.D. in collaboration with the College of Fine Arts (H.B.K.) in Braunschweig -from 1996 to 1999. The Ph.D. theme entitled "Establishing an educational form organization program given the utilization of computers." He worked in Saudi Arabia Universities in Art Pedagogy, Education Technology, Computer and Design departments at King Khaled University and Al Qassim University. He participated in a lot of visual and product design and project expeditions. Later he became the head of the Computer and Design Department. He got a full professor of 3d Product Design in 2009. In 2010, he started his work in the Graphic Design department at the College of Mass Communication at Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates. Prof. Tarek Ismail has published several books on Product Design, Design by Computer, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interactive Design, Design Basics, Virtual Reality & 3D design, Digital Multimedia and Modern Technology, Artificial Design, and Design Theory. In 2019, Prof. Dr. Tarek Ismail got a 3d product design consultant position from the Egyptian Designers Syndicate, which qualifies him to manage and direct many activities, projects, and design expertise. He published several papers about the product, graphic design, and visual communication in International Conferences and Journals indexed by Scopus (QI, Q2). He studied, visited, and lectured in Germany, Egypt, the U.S.A., Japan, Turkey, Kuwait, Emirates, the Netherlands, Spain, and Greece. Finally, he got a grant from Microsoft Azur for Covid-19 Research; the grant topic is "Applying the health criteria in everyday product design in light of the coronavirus pandemic." Witold Pedrycz is a professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Canada. He is also with the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Poland. He is a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. He is a recipient of several awards including a Norbert Wiener Award from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, an IEEE Canada Computer Engineering Medal, a Cajastur Prize for Soft Computing from the European Centre for Soft Computing, a Killam Prize, a Fuzzy Pioneer Award from the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and the 2019 Meritorious Service Award from the IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Society. His main research directions involve computational intelligence, granular computing, and machine learning. Wenbing Zhao (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, in 2002.,He joined Cleveland State University (CSU), Cleveland, OH, USA, in 2004, as an Assistant Professor. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, CSU. He is the author of two research monographs titled Building Dependable Distributed Systems (Wiley-Scrivener, 2004) and From Traditional Fault Tolerance to Blockchain (Wiley-Scrivener, 2021). He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journals and conference papers. His current research interests include dependable distributed computing and human-centered computing.,Dr. Zhao has served on the organizing and technical committees of numerous IEEE conferences. He has received the 2018 and 2020 IEEE Access Outstanding Associate Editor Award. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Access.
