Brett Christiansen is a Shareholder/Partner at Christiansen PLLC. His PROBATE practice encompasses all facets of probate/estate planning - drafting Wills, Powers of Attorneys, and Directives; Administrations with a will (Probate) and without a will (Intestate); Disclaimers; Muniment of Title; Small Estate Affidavit; Determinations of Heirship and Affidavits of Heirship. Prior to establishing Christiansen PLLC, Mr. Christiansen was a founding partner of Christiansen Bullock LLC [2009] which later was known as Christiansen Davis Bullock LLC [2012] and finally as Christiansen Davis LLC [2016]. Prior to entering private practice Mr. Christiansen served as General Counsel for 11 years for a leading national technology provider and was 'Of Counsel' in the corporate/technology group of Haynes Boone LLP. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Christiansen worked as a certified public accountant in the State of Texas and has experience in both public and private practice.

Mrs. Jordan is ChrisLaw's senior paralegal. Mrs. Jordan has been in the legal field since 2008 and has amassed a wealth of knowledge from private practice to the courthouse. Mrs. Jordan's experience in private practice is from hands-on experience across many practice areas as a paralegal to several prominent, well-respected, Dallas attorneys. Adding to her overall breadth of experience, Mrs. Jordan was a clerk in the Dallas County District Clerk's office. There, she gained invaluable experience as a filing clerk and learned the process from the filing of the suit to the rendering of the final order.
