Fortin Célia

Ms. Fortin graduated from the University of Bordeaux (France). She has been working in Poland and France. Her main areas of practice include infrastructure, construction and engineering practice. She has been involved both front-end advisory work for various construction and infrastructure projects, as well as contentious work involving owner-developers, consultants, and contractors at various stages of proceedings and forums. Fortin is fluent in French and English.

Huynh Cong Tan

Mr. Huynh Cong Tan holds a high-quality Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and presently is taking a graduate program there. He is a legal associate of DL & Partners and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Tan has represented for clients in lawsuits at all levels of the People's Courts, including civil, commercial, marriage and family, labor, and other fields. He assisted, advised, and prepared lawsuit files, and defended the legitimate rights and interests of domestic and foreign clients. Besides, he also acted for clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Tan is able to counsel clients in Vietnamese, English, and French.

Khuu Hong Linh

Associate Khuu Hong Linh is a member of the Corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Team. He has been consulting domestic and foreign investors in various matters for their investment in Vietnam, including but not limited to a business establishment, M&A, corporate governance, income tax, employment, and commercial contracts. He also has experience in alternative dispute settlement. During his time working at DLP, Linh has also assisted private clients complete investment procedures, and various business registration procedures, thereby achieving their investment and business goals.

Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Dung, founding member of DL & Partners, has a LLB from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics. Her expertise includes corporate and commercial transactions, commercial litigation, labour dispute settlement, M&A and infrastructure projects, as well as all other types of projects/transactions ranging from investment structures, real estate and other commercial issues. Ms. Dung has practiced law for more than 17 years, of which 5 years in Singapore for one of the top tier law firms. She has advised various major projects for foreign investors in Vietnam; also acted for Vietnamese clients at the court and arbitration proceedings in Vietnam and Singapore. Ms. Dung has published articles on various issues of Vietnamese legal system and also often participates in panel discussions at international and local conference on Vietnam-related topics. She has been recognised as a "Litigation Star" of Vietnam by Benchmark Litigation. She is a member of the Examination Council for the Completion of lawyer apprentice of the Vietnam Bar Federation (from 2013 to present).

Le Vien Dong

Mr. Le Vien Dong obtained his LLB degree from Ho Chi Minh University in 2001. Prior to joining DLP in 2019, Mr. Dong had over 09 years of experience as the legal executive in one of Ho Chi Minh City's major state-owned enterprises, which specialized in international investment projects as well as joint ventures to implement housing development and real estate business projects. In addition, after having spent many years working in the sector of state inspectorate, he accumulated a significant amount of work experience in handling legal matters concerning land, clearance and compensation policies, and administrative complaints.

Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet

Senior Associate Hoang Quoc Viet is currently a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet is a member of the Corporate and M&A consulting team, specializing in advising both foreign and domestic clients on various projects, including equity market transactions, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters as well as the implementation of investment cooperation structures. In addition to his expertise in the fields of corporate and investment, Viet also assists multinational clients in obtaining permits, licenses and certificates, which enabled them to access the Vietnam market. Joining DLP in 2019, Viet has determined that he will become a professional lawyer, thereby allowing him to involve in and assists clients with international projects and transactions more extensively. Viet graduated with Bachelor Degree in Laws and Business Administration under the Advanced Program of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Nhu Anh

Ms. Nguyen Ho Nhu Anh holds LLB from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She is a member of Ho Chi Minh Bar Association. Prior to joining dlp, Nhu Anh worked as in-house counsel for a one of leading construction company of Vietnam. She also has tremendous relevant experience in area of commercial arbitration, accumulating after 3 years working with Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Her areas of expertise include general corporate, immigartion, employment, family law and civil litigation.

Tran Viet Dung

Tran Viet Dung holds Ph.D. of Law Degree from National University of Singapore. He obtained his LL.B Degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2000. In addition, he also read international studies in the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow) and international trade policy program at Harvard Kennedy School. Dr. Tran is founding member of DLP with more than 16 years of legal practice in Vietnam and Singapore, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market, competition policy, foreign investment in Vietnam and international trade law. He extensive experience working in both civil and common law jurisdictions, having previously based in Singapore for more than 6 years working for two top tier law firms of Singapore WongPartnership and Khattar Wong. Prior to founding DLP, he was working as country manager of Khattar Wong Vietnam office for 2 years. Dr. Tran has been extensively involved in work for multinational companies with respect to their investment in Vietnam, as well as leading Vietnamese companies in their overseas investments and international trade. He has been involved in various capital market transactions, including public offerings of shares of Vietnamese enterprises on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Malaysia Exchange (MYX). Dr. Tran is also lecturing laws at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of West England, Law Faculty at Chualalongkorn University, and Singapore Management University; a member of Board of Management of Development of International Law in Asia (DILA). He has written and published numerous articles on international trade, competition policy, foreign investment and international dispute settlement. Dr. Tran Viet Dung is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Russian.

Vo Thi Thuy Hien

Associate Vo Thi Thuy Hien is a member of the Corporate and M&A Team. She has experience in the fields of foreign investment, M&A, corporate governance, real estate and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR). Since joining DLP, Hien has supported investors in accessing the Vietnamese market to establish their commercial presence or implement investment projects in various sectors, as well as providing legal assistance throughout process of investment. She also supports and advises businesses on corporate governance and compliance, thereby helping them ensure legal compliance while still efficiently implementing business objectives and projects.
