Our mission is to provide counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and senior adults from diverse backgrounds and varying socio-economic contexts... We work with full spectrum eating disorders, from bulimia, anorexia, binge eating, compulsive/emotional eating, to orthorexia. We address body image concerns and help clients gain insight in order to develop effective coping mechanisms... Insight Counselling is a leading counselling organisation. Our aim is to make counselling as accessible and affordable as possible. We offer a confidential counselling service for individuals. Sessions are delivered weekly at an agreed time either in-person, by telephone or video.
