I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in this profession for over 14 years. My experience has been working with children, teens, and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities. I feel passionate about providing support to help navigate imposter syndrome, first-generation challenges, stress management, work-life balance, and career issues. I have extensive experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting. I specialize in providing culturally competent and solution-focused psychotherapy. I am trained in multiple techniques, which allows me to use a tailored approach in treatment for your individual needs. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT & RYT) and I implement yoga with my clients. It is my goal to help guide you through the treatment process and increase your emotional wellness.
