Delivering services through Agile, SAFe or waterfall projects into traditional IT, outsourced or SIAM environments. Supporting clients with RFPs, 3rd party contract negotiations and service schedule structures. Designing efficient Service & Operating models (and transitioning them) across multiple technology stacks from On-premises to public Cloud (AWS, Azure) & Hybrid Cloud with its different nuances (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
