TISAS

The TISAS© is a project of faculty members at the Center for Social Work at Widener University. Funding for the project came from a grant from the United Way of Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey... While we recommend that at least one leadership person in your organization (such as the agency administrator or program director) complete the survey, the more people who complete the survey from your organization, the more useful the results will be. Persons in different organizational roles may not see the organization in the same way. Further, sometimes organizations/agencies have different programs, and what people do in one program might be quite different from what they do in another... · Comparisons across time: You may want to repeat the survey at regular intervals. This will show changes over time. Such data will assist you to identify both needed changes as well as how those changes you have made may have affected the organization.
