At the Shero Plan, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in sustaining a culture of giving in our community. Support is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress. We invite you to learn more and lend your support... The Shero Plan was created in 2016 as a sport-based youth development organization that empowers female student-athletes to set goals for her future and to be a leader affecting change in the global community. Since our founding, we have been determined to make an impact in our community and we've been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our organization upon: support, empowerment, diversity, inclusion, and growth... The Shero Plan is a giving circle who supports organizations for black girls and black women through philanthropy, advocacy, and education.
