Fruit & Wine Real Estate opened in 2004 with a desk in the Palisade Chamber office. The formation of Fruit & Wine was due in part to participating in a large East Orchard Mesa purchase and Mesa Land Trust partnership. Fran Stecker had the vision and in 2007 Tammy Craig purchased the business from Fran. F&W moved to the old train depot/peach coop by Peach Street Distillers on Kluge. We did business there for many years. In 2010 the Twisted Brick Art Gallery and Studios invited F&W to share office space with them. It was a perfect fit. In 2012 the Twisted Brick Studio closed and the space was rented to another business. When that business moved, Fruit & Wine took over the space and Craig Gallery was born within the Fruit & Wine office walls in 2016.
