I am a former CPA and bookkeeper. I began my professional career as a CPA in a small firm in St. Louis, MO. I then moved on to a larger firm where I specialized in helping small businesses set up and maintain their books and records. Wanting to return to a small business culture, I then became the controller of a small asset management firm in St. Louis. I remained there until moving to Florida in 2001, giving me nearly 20 years as a Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter resident. After moving to Florida and taking some time off to raise my young children, and attend to the medical needs of her youngest child, I began taking on bookkeeping jobs part time. I had various clients in a variety of fields including 7 years at a real estate law office maintaining both their operating and trust accounts as well as managing some HR and office administrative duties.
