Today, Paul's Market continues to offer fresh, custom-cut USDA certified meats and boasts the largest variety of cuts in the St. Louis area. There's also our large deli meat and cheese selection, grocery and fresh produce items. Our staff serves up freshly cooked brisket, burgers, chicken and other items daily from the wood-burning smokehouse located on site.
